Dinner - Wednesday & Thursday 6-9 p.m.
Friday and Saturday 6-10 p.m.
Pastiche's cuisine reflects a modern American approach to traditional
French and Mediterranean cooking. We offer lunch, dinner, brunch as
well as off-premise, full service catering. Our progressive menus change
seasonally and are based on the availability of consistently high quality
ingredients. We have an extensive wine list that offers excellent and
affordable wines from America, France, Italy, South America, Australia
and New Zealand.
Donna and Eric Fritsche have created Pastiche in order that they may
share their vision of hospitality excellence based on 40 combined years
of foodservice experience including work in 5-star resorts and restaurants
as well as work and travel in Europe, The Caribbean and Mexico.
