Thursday 6-9 p.m. Pastiche's cuisine reflects a modern American approach to traditional French and Mediterranean cooking utilizing sustainable and local ingredients when available. We offer lunch and dinner as well as off-premise, full service catering. Our progressive menus change seasonally and are based on the availability of consistently high quality products. We have an extensive wine list that offers excellent and affordable wines from America, France, Italy, South America, Australia and New Zealand.
